For this reason, we have established a clear and fair exchange and return policy that protects both customer rights and the quality of our fragrance products.

First: Exchanges & Returns

Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product:

  • Remains in its original condition without being opened or used.
  • Is returned in its complete original packaging.
  • Is not damaged or missing any accessories or packaging components.

Second: Non-Returnable Products

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Special orders or discounted items if clearly stated during purchase.

Third: Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a product arrives damaged or different from the original order, customers are kindly requested to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide clear photos of the product. Our team will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.

Fourth: Shipping Fees

  • If the issue is caused by the store, such as a damaged or incorrect product, the store will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
  • In other exchange or return cases, shipping fees may be deducted depending on the shipping provider’s policy.

Fifth: Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
